Weekend Schedule and Very Special Guest Blessings

Good morning dear sangha and students,

We are very blessed to have such an event filled weekend and beyond. Please carefully read the details below to prepare for events that you may be able to attend. As always, please be sure bring your dharma robe. It might also be beneficial to bring a katagh if you have one.

• Saturday, Oct. 10 @ 10:30 am~ Avalokitesvara Sadhana
• Sunday, Oct. 11 @ 10:30 am~ Geshe-la will continue teachings on The King of Prayers.
• Monday, Oct. 12 @ approximately 4:30 – 5 pm ~  We will have a very special visit by  Khensure Rinpoche Lobsang Pendha, the previous abbot of Gyurme Tantric College. After a short prayer, we will enjoy dinner with Rinpoche from 6:30 – 7 pm. 

**Students are requested to arrive at 4:15 pm so that we may be ready to welcome Rinpoche when he arrives.

• Tuesday, Oct. 13 @ 6 pm~ Our Center will offer a mandala to a young Rinpoche and group from Sera Mey. After which, our special guests will recite a prayer to remove obstacles, called the Wisdom Light Offering. After prayers we will enjoy a deliciously prepared long-noodle soup dinner, made by our very own Geshe la Norbu. The long noodles signify long life and are considered auspicious. Dinner will take place at 7:30 pm.
